Pay-Scale: 7th CPC at Academic Level 14 with rationalized entry pay of Rs 1,44,200/- (Pre-Revised Scale 37400-67000 Grade pay Rs 10,000) Plus other allowances as per rules and regulations for the employees of the Institute from time to time.
Age: Retirement age is 65 Years.
Eligibility: The applicant should hold the eligibility to be appointed as a Professor in any university established by an Act of the Legislature of the State of Bihar.
Selection Procedure:
(a) Selection will be made on the basis of interview of the short-listed candidates as per UGC norms. However, mere satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for the interview.
(b) Depending upon the number of applications received in relation to the number of vacancies, the Institute reserves the right to call only a limited number of candidates after preliminary screening with reference to their qualifications, suitability, experience, etc., subject to the satisfaction of the respective Screening Committee.

Age: Retirement age is 62 Years.
Eligibility: No person shall be eligible to hold the post of Administrator unless he has at least 10 years’ experience in the supervisory capacity of general, financial, or personnel administration.
Minimum Qualification:
- Graduate
- Having at least 10 years’ experience in supervisory capacity of general, financial, or personnel administration in Government/Semi-government/Public sector/University/Institutions.
Desirable:
- Graduate preferably Commerce/CA from any recognized university.
- Computer savvy
Selection Procedure:
(a) Selection will be made on the basis of interview of the short-listed candidates. However, mere satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for the interview.
