You shall largely be responsible in delivering highly tangible value to clients in terms of their revenue growth and sustainability, maximising revenues from our existing customer base of 5000 clients, and doubling our average contract value. Our rough maths suggests that this will help us cross $1 billion in revenue.
We are building a strong new team of 1000 sales rep to improve our engagement with existing/new clients along with a pool of top 100 advisors, who will head our 100 new practices. We thank our Funding Partners FTV Capital and Zodius for their faith and their recent investment of $56 million for a minority stake in the company. There is no established market leader as of now in this segment, other than one firm with a global revenue of $2 billion. A global brand in the making from India, indeed!!!
CHIEF REVENUE (BUSINESS) OFFICER)/GLOBAL SALES HEAD (CRO/CBO):
We are looking for someone comfortable in owning the topline for subscription driven products with 100% leverage of existing research, building an energetic consultative sales team with 1.000 new sales rep per year, maximising values and revenues with accounts, and generating higher ACV.
CHIEF ADVISOR OFFICER (CAO):
The Chief Advisor Officer shall drive success in all our 100 practices (high growth industries/markets impacting almost all companies in 7 to 10 years) led by respective advisors, making it gold standard worldwide.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO):
The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible in leading all new product development, from conceptualisation to commercialisation; We are looking for a candidate with experience in information services, machine learning, big data, and Bl.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO):
Candidate should be able to maximise revenues by bringing efficiency, and improve bottomline and cash cycles.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO):
The Chief Operating Officer should be able to drive high efficiency, quality and efficacy in research operations in addition to building a world class research team known for highly credible research.
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (CHRO):
The Chief Human Resources Officer should be able to drive a robust performance management plan, help every individual grow and deliver value, along with attracting the best talent in India.
BU HEADS:
BU heads will be responsible for PnL, growth of practices, credible research, client satisfaction, and revenues from BU. We are looking for candidates with industry
specialisation.
ADVISORS (25 POSITIONS OF 100 IN QUARTER 1)
Experience: 12 years to 20 years
Advisors will own one of our practices from the top 100 practices identified and make it gold standard worldwide. This profile is a mix of partner models at consulting firms, celebrity analysts ai top research firms, and investment banking, with larger rewards that are success-based. The earnings of advisors will largely depend upon the practices, which have been categorized as A, B. C. or D. You need to have strong thought leadership, relevant industry orientation, strong influencing skills, high client engagement, hands-on business development and PnL responsibility.
SALES POSITIONS (250 POSITIONS OF 1000 IN QUARTER 1) Senior Manager Sales/Associate Director Sales/AVP Sales Experience: 10 years to 18 years
You will need to have strong consultative sales skills, in addition to have handled large toplines from B2B businesses. You will also need to drive value in client engagement with tangible revenue growth benefits, be able to connect client problems with in-house solutions, maximise revenues per account, and drive efficiency and efficacy in the team to generate higher average contract value.
MANAGER SALES (CLIENT PARTNER) /AM SALES Experience: 5 years to 10 years
We are looking for someone to grow our engagement with the largest companies in the world. Prerequisites include very high sales energy, clear articulation with strong innovative consultative selling experience of 5 to 10 years in B2B international businesses, only in services or in soft products.
SALES OPERATIONS HEAD
Experience: 10 years to 18 years
The candidate should have handled fairly large size sales operations
consolidation (over 500* sales representatives globally) and should
proactively be able to maximise revenues with the use of measuring,
tracking, analysing, and reporting key indicators (lagging and leading
indicators).
RESEARCH POSITIONS
Experience: 0 years to 7 years
