Navy SSC Officer Pilot/ ATC Entry
Online applications are invited from unmarried male and female candidates for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in the Pilot/ATC (Air Traffic Controller) entry of the Indian Navy for course commencing January 2018 at the Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala :
Eligibility Conditions:
Age :
Candidates to be born between 02 January 1993 to 01 January 1997; both dates inclusive for the ATC and between 02 January 1994 to 01 January 1999; both dates inclusive for Pilot. CPL Holders having valid and current CPL issued by DGCA (India) and born between 02 January 1993 and 01 January 1999 (both dates inclusive) can apply for Pilot.
Educational Qualifications :
Candidates who have passed Engineering degree or in the final year of Engineering Course (with Physics & Maths in 12th Standard) in any discipline from a recognised university . educational institute with 60% marks till 5th / 7th semester, in regular / integrated course respectively. For ATC entry, the candidates must have 60% aggregate marks in X and XII and minimum 60% marks in English in call XII.
Pay Scale :
PB-3 ₹ 15600-39100 Grade Pay ₹ 5400 and MSP ₹ 6000
Short Service Commission (SSC) :
Short Service Commission is granted for a term of 10 years, extendable to 14 years, subject to service requirements and performance/willingness of the candidate.
