A Search Committee constituted by the llon'ble Chancellor of the University of Burdwan. and His Excellency the Governor of West Bengal for the appointment of % ice-Chancellor of University of Burdwan is seeking nominations, with the intent to widen the search process, from eminent academics of repute for consideration for the said position. Eminent academics with proven track record ami .1 commitment to nurturing and promoting excellence in teaching and research in the University, with proven competence and integrity and having a minimum often years of experience in a University system of which at least five \ears shall he .is ,1 Professor or ten years of experience in a reputed research or academic-administrative organization of which at least five years shall be in an equivalent position of Professor can be nominated. Present and former Vice-Chancellors, Head of academic and research institutions and eminent scholars arc invited to nominate.
