EdCIL (India) Limited (EdCIL) is premier Mini Ratna Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Human Resources Development. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is a National Programme for universalisation of elementary education and is implemented by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) in partnership with State Governments.
