The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE), one o' the olaesl such institution in the country, is on a path of
transformation, though it's trading platform is currently under suspension under direction of SEBl. In order to take definitive steps
towards revitalizing the stock Exchange. CSE wants to appoint following executives in all its operational departments CSE is a
high net worth institution which can offer a challenging career opportunity to the right candidate.
(i) LISTING DEPARTMENT: to comply with various SEBl requirements and give service to the 2500 listed companies of the
Exchange Desired qualifications: ACS or ACA with experience in Listing Agreement and SEBl laws, preferably with Merchant
banking background.
(ii) HR, ADMIN AND ESTATE DEPARTMENT: to manage litigations, property tax related issues. HR policy formulation and
maintaining industrial harmony Desired qualifications: MBA (HR) with expenence in Estate, HR and Administration, preferably
with ex-service man/Police background
(iii) ACCOUNTS, DP AND MARGIN DEPARTMENT: to ensure scrutiny of the members" ledger and reconciliation of pay-tn
and pay-out and margin on daily basis other than regular accounting activities. Desired qualifications: CA-lnter/ M. Com. having
expenence in handling DP Operations. Margin related functions Accounts matter, proficiency in Excel. Accounting Software, and
conversance with Statutory filings, preferably with working experience m DP and Broking House.
(iv) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT: to manage back office computerisation with hands-on technology skill
for software development activities Desired qualifications: BCA / MCA with sound programming skill and expenence in handling
live databases in ORACLE. SOL Server. MySql etc. and proficiency in other front end programming languages like MS Dot Net.
C**. Visual Basic. Java, PHPelc.
The ideal candidate(s) in all four categories should have adequate knowledge of the functioning of Stock Exchanges and Capital
Markets, relevant experience in working with BFSI / Brokerage house and appropriate analytical, communication and presentation
skills. The Exchange expects the candidates from the age profile 25 to 35 years (relaxable in deserving cases) with good
educational background and relevant work expenence.
The compensation package is negotiable and will not be a constraint for deserving cases.
