Sri Narendra Modi
24.10.2016
Honourable Prime Minister of India
New Delhi.
Dear Sir,
you are asking people to write to you about problems to get relief
from your government.
We addressed letters to your Information and Broadcasting minister a
year ago about telecast of DD Saptagiri by Sun Direct. We have
received no response till now.
Sir, we request you whether it is obligatory on all TV Channels to
televise DD Programmes or not?
Please advise your Cabinet Members to discharge their duties first and
later let them flatter.
With regards,
Yours sincerely,
J.V. Ramana Reddy,

Cabinet Minister for Information & Broadcasting,
Government of India,
New Delhi. .
Dear Sir,
We write this letter to urge you to act immediately to halt an unethical practice evidently supported by officials in your ministry.
As per the government orders, all TV providers are supposed to televise
Doordarshan programmes.
However, it has come to our notice recently that Sun Direct a
Direct to Home television service provider is not telecasting Door Darshan
Saptagiri channel.
This is causing hardships for the subscribers in places where Sun Direct
is the dominant service provider. But more than an issue of consumer choice,
this is a direct affront to the Government policy.
We believe that this is happening with the connivance of your officials.
We hope you will take necessary action immediately.

Government of India,
New Delhi.
Dear Sir,
We have
brought to your notice how your ministry is functioning on 5.10.2015?
It seems you are
not bothered how it functions other than
your self-propaganda Otherwise why you
have not instructed to see all DD programmes be televised by all TV providers.
We request you to
instruct the Sun Direct to
follow Government policy strictly and telecast Door Darshan Saptagiri channel also.
We hope you will
take necessary action.
