The Council had organized the polytechnic test on 1st May, 2016 in two shifts. The exam itself didn’t go incident-free as paper for applied physics was leaked and therefore, cancelled and is rescheduled for 11th July. Despite Council’s assurances, the cancellation and re-examination of applied physics paper will cause delay in annual results of polytechnic academic courses.
The council even organized the exams on Sunday so as to fasten the results process but it didn’t improve the situation. It’s sure that delay in results will affect the commencement of academic session in July. Director of JEECUP, O P Verma said that re-exam is scheduled in July to give students extra time for preparation.
It comes as a somewhat great news for all those candidates who took the test organised by the Council in hopes to qualify and get admission in their sought after course/ college. It’s likely that the council of JEECUP will release UP Polytechnic result 2016 today towards evening.
