Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. (BSTDCL), a flagship company of Government of Bihar, has been

established in the year 1980 for the development of tourism in the State of Bihar and for commercialization of Tourist

Resources available with the State. BSTDCL has taken major initiatives to show the potential of tourist places of Bihar to the

World.

BSTDCL is looking for Chief Engineer, General Managers, Project Directors, Company Secretary, Manager (Finance & Accounts), Deputy Project Director, Manager (T&T), Manager HR, Manager Legal, Manager Estate, Hotel Manager, Manager Tourism, ManagerTransport and Office Executive.

Chief General Manager Qualification: Retired/In-service, Chief Engineer (Central or State Govt, or any PSU) having experience in Infrastructure Development works; or Retired/In-service, Engineer with at least 3 years' experience in the post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent (Central or State Govt, or any PSU (having experience in Infrastructure Development works. MBA degree desirable. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.1,00,000 per month. Serving Government personnel will be paid as per Govt, norms and the retired Govt, personnel will be paid last drawn pay minus pension.

General Manager (Technical) 
Qualification: Retired/In-service, Superintendent Engineer (Central or State Govt, or any PSU) having experience in Infrastructure Development works; or Retired/In-service, Engineer with at least 5 years' experience in the post of Executive Engineer or equivalent (Central or State Govt, or any PSU) having experience in Infrastructure Development works. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.80,000 per month. Serving Government personnel will be paid as per Govt. norms and the retired Govt, personnel will be paid last drawn pay minus pension.

General Manager (Finance & Accounts} 
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 10 years' experience, CA with MBA (Finance) will be preferred. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.80,000 per month on contract basis.

General Manager (Hospitality and Tourism)
Qualification: Masters' degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management with relevant work experience of 10 years' in tourism or travel or marketing. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.80,000 per month on contract basis.

Project Director (Construction) 
Qualification: Graduate Engineer (Civil) with at least 10 years' experience in Infrastructure Development works. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.60-70,000 per month.

Company Secretary Qualification: Company Secretary with 5 years' experience esp. in PSU in the state of Bihar. LLB degree desirable. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.55-60,000 per month.

Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years' post qualification experience. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.55-60,000 per month

Deputy Project Director (Construction) Qualification: Graduate Engineer (Civil) with minimum 60% marks in qualifying exams and  at least 5 years' experience in infrastructure works. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 50-55,000 per month

Manager (Travel & Trade) 
Qualification: MBA in Marketing with similar experience of 5 years. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 50-55,000 per month

Manager (HR) Qualification: Masters' Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Managements Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institute with at least 5 years' experience in similar field. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 40-45,000 per month

System Administrator
Qualification: BE (CS)/B.Tech (CS)/ MCA from reputed institute with minimum 60% marks in qualifying exams + 5 years' experience (post qualification)

Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 40-45,000 per month

Manager (Legal)
Qualification: L.L.B from reputed institution/col lege with 05 years'of experience. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 40-45,000 per month

Manager Estate Qualification: MBA in Marketing with 5 years' experience in Real Estate Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 40-45,000 per month

Hotel Manager
Qualification: Graduate degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management with relevant work experience of 5 years. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 40-45,000 per month

Manager Tourism Qualification: Graduate degree in tourism or journalism with relevant work experience of 5 years. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 40-45,000 per month

ManagerTransport
Qualification: Graduate degree in transport or business administration with 5 years' experience in transport operations. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 40-45,000 per month

Assistant Project Director (Construction)

Qualification: BE in Mechanical or Civil with minimum of 60% aggregate marks. The candidate must have cleared GATE exam. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 35-40,000 per month

Office Executive
Qualification: MBA with English and Hindi typing skill. Emolument: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 25-30,000 per month Upper Age Limit as on 31.03.2014

• false/invalid or fake then not only their contract will be terminated but criminal case will also be made against them. The
• consolidated pay and all allowances made during such period against them will be reimbursed.
• The candidates will be recruited on contract basis and hence will not be treated as Govt, employee. After the recruitment
