The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is scheduled to take place on September 21, 2014. The test is held in two papers. Paper I is held for candidates who wish to teach students from classes I to V and Paper II is conducted for candidates who intend to teach classes VI to VIII.
The paper will be held for a duration of two hours and 30 minutes. Paper I will be held from 2 pm to 4: 30 pm and Paper II will be conducted between 9:30 pm and 12 noon. It will be a multiple choice question paper wherein one mark will be awarded for every correct answer and no mark will be deducted for a wrong choice.
