Brigade Group invites applications for 'Head-Facilities' to manage the iconic WTC Bangalore at Brigade Gateway. We are looking for BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Marine Engineering graduates with 12 15 years experience out of which minimum 5 years must be in managing end-to-end facilities of multi-tenanted commercial buildings.
Job Description:
• Operation and Maintenance of MEP services like Power Distribution, HVAC, Fire Fighting, IBMS etc.
• Managing Housekeeping, Security, Safety, Tenant Coordination / Relation, Parking Management etc.
• Implementing Guidelines / SOP's
• Liaison with Government Departments, Statutory Compliance
• Leading a team of Managers and Engineers
• Utility Billing and Collection from Tenants, Costing/ Budgeting
