JSPL requires a Program Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility initiative with respect to Child Care & Development Initiatives (CCDl) at the national level.
This position would work in close coordination with the Chairperson of CCDl at the national level and would be responsible for everything between pre-planning to delivery of the vision of Child Care and Development Initiatives (CCDl).
• The overall responsibility would include the enhancing and improvising the appearance of the programs currently implemented at CCDl to make it a child friendly space where all points of interaction provide the child with an opportunity to have fun, to inculcate good values as a citizen of this country and to learn something new.
He/She should be able to research and develop new ideas to promote child learning, collaborating with experts in the field to bring in resources and knowledge, working closely with the current team at the CCDl and also in consonance with the government machinery in order to ensure proper execution of the current and new programs.
• Communicates with and supports senior officials at CCDl. Works with faculty to develop and enhance current programs and facilities at CCDl. Also communicates with the government and non-government agencies to ensure smooth and timely implementation of programs and projects.
Ideal candidate should be self driven, detail oriented, passionate about children, innovative with the capacity to think outside the box, able to perform in diverse settings and committed to achieving results.
Required Qualifications: A Masters degree in social sciences/education/ management from a reputed institute with relevant work experience of 3 years to 5 years in fields associated with Children, education and development. Exposure to other countries and models of child development will bean asset.
Location:- The position would be based out of New Delhi, India.
