IPE Global Private Limited (IPE Global) is the Management Agency for provision of Technical Assistance Support (TAS) to the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. The project, supported by Department for International Development (DFID) - Government of UK, aims to support the ministry in implementing the Umbrella Scheme for education of ST students. The proposed umbrella scheme has two major components, namely: improving infrastructure/activities for providing access to quality education; and providing support to enable ST child education through cash incentives/scholarships This Technical Assistance Support will focus on systemic reforms, setting up new systems and procedures, and on integrating learnings from other national and international good practices.
IPE Global now invites applications from individual consultants for the following core team positions for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension for additional two years based on performance:
1. Team Leader: Programme Planning, Capacity Building & MIS Expert
2. Financial Management and Procurement Expert
3. Quality Improvement Expert (for Education of ST Students)
4. MIS/IT/Planning Expert-Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)
5. MIS/IT/Planning Expert-Overall Programme Monitoring
6. Social Development and Tribal Affairs Expert
