Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Location: Bhubaneshwar Closing Date: 1 October 2013
Under the supervision of the Chief of Field Office, the incumbent will provide technical support to the field office and the state government for accomplishment of key-end results as well as provide professional expertise and assistance in the development of monitoring and evaluation systems, data collection and data analysis.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in one of the disciplines relevant to the areas of Social Sciences, Development Planning. Planning, Evaluation, Survey Implementation or Advanced Statistical Research.
Experience: Minimum two years of relevant professional work experience in programme development and implementation including monitoring and evaluation, with exposure in emergency programming, including preparedness planning and active involvement in a humanitarian crisis response programme.
