Thapar University (TU), Patiala is committed for over half-a-Century to the creation, archiving and dissemination of knowledge in Engineering, Science, and Technology for service to humanity. Established in 1956, TU offers PhD, PG and UG degree Programmes in Engineering, Science, Management and Social Sciences. LMT School of Management (LMTSOM) was set up in 2006. LMTSOM is the epitome of a new thought taking shape in the parlance of Management that combines multiple economic and social models with technology. The school has a sprawling upcoming new campus near Chandigarh at Dera Bassi. LMTSOM -an integral part of Thapar University - strives to become a world class Institution by integrating technology with management to develop techno managerial business leaders able to use synergetic vis-a-vis symbiotic approach for solving emerging industry/ business problems.
School invites applications from candidates with exceptional academic background for faculty positions at multiple levels {Distinguished Professor, Senior Professor, Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Lecturer (Contract)} in the following areas of (i) Operations Management & Quantitative Methods; (ii) Finance & Accounts; (iii) Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources; (iv) Marketing; (v) Strategy & General Management; and (vi) Information Systems.
