Any Bachelor degree (10 + 2 +3 pattern) in Second class (with 50% and above marks in aggregate)
- From a recognized University in India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government. (Qualification obtained through Correspondence and Open University are not eligible)
Computer  Knowledge:  Minimum  three  months  computer  course  for  Non-computer graduates.
02.Age Limit:    As on 30.09.2012
For Graduates: :Minimum 21 years and not more than 28 years as on 30.09.2012
(Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates) For Post Graduates / Double Degree Graduates:

Requisite Application Fee may be paid
1.    By Cash : At any of the Branches of The Karur Vysya Bank Limited, by means of a Payment challan as per the format given on the Banks website.
2.    Through NEFT (NATIONAL ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER) at any Bank branch

3.    Demand Drafts, Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Orders, Pay Orders, Bankers Cheques, postal stamps, etc., will not be accepted
4.    The payment towards application fee by CASH (KVB) / through NEFT Payment can be made between 07.11.2012 and 21.11.2012.
5.    The KVB Fee payment challan / NEFT Receipt contains two parts. The first part will be retained by the Branch. The candidates copy of the fee payment challan/ NEFT receipt must be retained with the candidate after the necessary details such as Voucher number / NEFT UTR No., Branch Code etc. are filled in by the bank official. At the time of Personal Interview, candidates need to submit the original fee payment receipt i.e. KVB CASH PAYMENT Challan / NEFT Receipt. Without original Cash Payment challan / NEFT receipt the candidate WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to appear for interview. Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of the fee payment for future use.
6.    Application once  made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fee once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances nor can it be held in reserve for any other future selection process.
04. Mode of Selection :
IBPS SCORE CARD (CWE) : Candidates who are having valid score card with 125 marks and above obtained in Common written Examination for Recruitment of Clerical cadre conducted by IBPS in 2011 can apply.
Depending upon the number of vacancies, the Bank reserves the right to call only those candidates who have sufficiently high IBPS score in the stipulated Common Written Examination for Interview.
Eligible candidates will be called for Personal Interview (Date of Interview and Venue will be informed by the Bank to the individual candidates through e-mail only)

6.     PROBATION PERIOD: 6 months
-07. HOW TO APPLY
a)      Candidates are required to apply online through website www.kvb.co.in ( careers page) . No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
b)      Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for CWE conducted in 2011) is to be kept active. Bank may send call letters for  interview to the registered e-mail ID.
c)      Thereafter, open the link available in careers page “CLERICAL CADRE RECRUITMENT 2012-13”
d)      Payment challan link is available in the careers page of our bank website www.kvb.co.in
08. General Instructions
(a)   Before applying for the post, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement. Decision of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which scrutiny of such eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of the conduct of Personal Interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence or personal enquiries shall be entertained by the bank on this behalf.
(b)   Mere invitation by the Bank for the Personal Interview shall not imply that the Bank has been satisfied beyond doubt about the candidates eligibility. Candidates who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria and who do not produce the photocopies as well as the originals of all the documents required to be submitted and as advised in this notification as well as in the Interview call letter, for any reason, whatsoever, shall not be permitted to participate in the Personal Interview, even though they may have obtained the desired level of score in the Written examination and have been called for interview.
(c)   Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the candidates for being called for Interview. Banks decision in the matter of selection will be final. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.
(d)   Eligible candidates will be called for Personal Interview and they should appear for interview at their own expenses/cost at places / dates notified by the Bank.
(e)   Candidates selected for appointment will be on probation for 6 months.
(f)    Candidates are selected are liable to be placed in any place in India as per the administrative requirements and discretion of the Bank.
(g)   Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank. Such appointment will also be subject to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Bank.
