with an overall aim to create and support meaningful and innovative
activities that address some of India's most pressing developmental
challenges.
Position: Team Leads (Vacancies 4)
For the following 4 areas- Education, Health, Urban Renewal and Arts Culture & Heritage.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Deliverables:
• Strategic planning and need assessment for the thematic area
• Skills on program design, operational planning, people management
• Review and inform the team on the latest policy research, best practices in delivery modes, best partners, latest innovation work etc. to shape the design of the programs
• Designing and overseeing specific pilots for implementation across the country
• With due planning, scale up interventions
• Work with Evaluation team to design baseline indicators and monitoring and evaluation metrics
• Contribute to RF advocacy strategy, including external interface
• Build and manage a team

Required Competencies:
• 7-10 years background in leadership position having demonstrated skills, conceptualized & implemented programs
• Total Exp of about 15 yrs +
• Proof of out-of-the box thinking, innovative approach and realistic planning
• Post-graduate degree in related fields
• Ability to work in a small, dynamic, young team
• Experience in advocacy and policy formulation, with strong networks in the sector
• Conviction and demonstrable commitment to social development
