Qualification for Management Trainees (MT): -
1)
Finance
discipline : The candidate should have passed final examination of
I.C.A.I or I.C.W.A or MBA (Finance).
2)
Personnel
and HR discipline : The candidate should be MBA with specialization in
Personnel Management/HR or MSW or Master Degree in Industrial Relations and
Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent course.
3)
Commercial
discipline: The candidate should be Engineering Graduate
preferably Mechanical or Science Graduate with P.G Diploma in Material
Management or equivalent course.
Qualification
for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET): -
Bachelors Degree in the relevant field of Engineering
i.e Chemical/Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil.
Qualification Condition for MT & GET:-
Except in the case of C.A/ICWA, the candidate for the
post of MT/GET should be First Class (minimum 60%) marks in the relevant
discipline and pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates, with full time regular
course from re-cognised universities / institutions approved by
U.G.C/A.I.C.T.E.
Those candidates who have appeared in their final year
examination can also apply. However their eligibility for interview/selection
will be based on their performance in the written test and also qualifying in
the final year exam as per standards prescribed above, before interview.
Selection, Training and Placement
of MT & GET:-The selection methodology will comprise: Written
Test (Objective type consisting of two parts, General Aptitude and Subject
knowledge). The successful candidate shall be called for group
discussion/interview. The candidate selected as MT & GET shall undergo a
comprehensive medical examination by the Company Medical Officers or in HIL
approved Hospitals for which the entire expenses shall be borne by the candidate
before placing in a training of one year. After successful completion of
training period, the candidate shall be considered for placement as “Assistant
Officer” or “Assistant Engineer” in the regular pay scale of Rs.16400-40500. After absorption in the regular
scale the Candidate shall be liable to serve the company any where in
India for a period of 2 years under Bond. The period of training can be
extended at the sole discretion of the management.
General Conditions/terms for all posts:-
Reservation of posts for SC/ST, OBC & PWD shall be
as per rules of the Govt. of India. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and
Ex-serviceman, dependents of those killed in action and 3 years for OBC.
Those who fulfils the prescribed norms may submit
their application, invariably in the prescribed format, which can be downloaded
from out website, through Speed Post/Courier/Registered Post along with
attested copies of certificates & testimonials and recent passport size
photograph, superscribing on the envelop the name of the post applied for and a
DD of Rs. 500/-(Non Refundable) in favour of “Hindustan
Insecticides Limited” payable at New Delhi (SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted
from the application fee), within 21 days from the date of this advertisement to the Deputy
General Manager (P&A).
SC/ST/PWD Candidates, if called for the interview,
shall be reimbursed IInd class rail fare or
equivalent for to and fro journey by shortest route provided the distance traveled
is not less than 50 km. No TA shall be payable for attending the written Test.
