Sutra-TMI is engaged by BRLPS for staff recruitment for SRLM-Bihar. The consortium is looking for empanelling call down consultants for conducting Group Discussion, Case Studies and Interviews for various positions as the process rolls. Interested consultants / freelance development professionals / academicians in the following domain / areas may please send their CVs for empanelment.
Domain: HR / Personnel Management / CA / ICWA / Finance Management and Accounts / Rural Management / Rural Livelihood / On farm / Off farm livelihoods / Skill Promotion / Agriculture and Livestock promotion / SHG and Microfinance / Health and Nutrition / Social development / Monitoring and Evaluation 
Profile: Experts should be working in development sector with at least 10-15 years and with minimum of 3-5 years in managerial roles. Faculty members in HR / Personnel / Rural Management / Rural Development with 10 years experience are also welcome. It is expected that candidates have diverse multidisciplinary experience cutting across sectors. Consultants may be freelancing or engaged in other organizations. Those working should be available on holidays / able to take off from the current engagement for specific days of recruitment activity. Adequate notice will be given to the expert for the recruitment drive.  
Location: Recruitment drives shall take place in Patna. For some field level positions facilitators are required at district level.
For Patna: Both freelancers and working professionals who can give spare time on weekends can apply
For field locations at: “Gaya, Nalanda, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Purnea, Khagaria, Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura” – only freelancers who can be available in these districts need to apply
