Location: Patna
Job Profile :
· Responsible for day-to- day management of the unit; operations, logistics and administration.
Regular Maintenance of companies owned assets such as Air conditioners, DG sets, UPS, Furniture & Fixtures etc. Following up with the vendors for their PPM schedule & ensuring that it is done on time.
· Regular co-ordination with branches for closing all BAU/Maintenance issues on daily basis.
The person will be involved in Restacking/New Projects thus prior experience is required for this.
· Should have good knowledge & understanding of Lease Agreements/Service agreements/Internal Memo s.
· Should have good understanding of computers as he will be required to make out presentations on his region on PowerPoint. Making out the required data in Excel, exchanging the e-mails through outlook etc.
· Following up with branches for getting timely bills Critical (Electricity)/Vendor bills & get the same processed in co-ordination with Finance and also involved in Vendor reconciliations.
· Flexible for travelling even extensive, if required.
· Looking for new properties basis company's requirement & Lease registrations across his region.
· Responsible for developing budgets and longrange facilities plans based on company growth and future facilities needs.
Desired Profile:
· Any Graduate (Mandatory)
· 2- 5 yrs experience as Facilities executive
· Excellent Communication skills
· Involves field work and travelling
· Should have knowledge in Lease agreement, AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract) for electronics items and vendor management
Salary: 20% to 30% hike up to 3.5 Lakhs
