Job Description
Senior MIS Manager
Location: Delhi
Reports to: Chief of the Party, WHP
Works with: Other Senior Managers at HO, Research Team, FROs and Communication, Medical Services and Marketing Teams
Supervises: N/A
Level: Manager
Qualification & Experience
• Minimum post graduate in social science and 7 years of experience in relevant field. Preference will be given to those having Statistics/Demography/Operation Research background.
• At least 3 years' of experience in MIS design, development and implementation in large scale program in social development sector. Experience in research for program evaluation will be added advantage.
• Experience of working with the donor aided program is desirable
Strong analytical skills, data analysis by using statistical software, ability to synthesize concepts and to communicate them effectively.
